1. Definitions
“Company”: Refers to Cardiff Coach Company.
“Client”: Refers to the person or organization booking the service.
“Booking”: Refers to the reservation made by the client.
“Vehicle”: Refers to any coach or minibus provided by the Company.
2. Booking and Payment
Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once the Company has received a deposit or full payment as agreed upon.
Payment Terms: Full payment must be received before the date of travel unless otherwise agreed.
Methods of Payment: We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
3. Cancellations and Amendments
Client Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing. A cancellation fee may apply depending on the notice period given.
Company Cancellations: The Company reserves the right to cancel any booking. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
Amendments: Any changes to the booking must be communicated as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply.
4. Use of Vehicles
Purpose: Vehicles are hired for the agreed purpose only. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Capacity: The client must not exceed the maximum capacity of the vehicle.
Behavior: The client is responsible for the behavior of all passengers. The Company reserves the right to terminate the service if passengers behave inappropriately.
5. Liability
Company Liability: The Company is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as traffic or weather conditions.
Client Liability: The client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by any passenger.
6. Safety and Regulations
Seat Belts: Passengers must wear seat belts at all times where fitted.
Smoking and Alcohol: Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are prohibited on all vehicles.
Luggage: The Company is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings.
7. Insurance
The Company holds comprehensive insurance coverage. However, it is recommended that clients have their own travel insurance for personal belongings and unforeseen cancellations.
8. Complaints
Any complaints must be made in writing within 14 days of the date of travel. The Company will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Amendments to Terms
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
